I'm having trouble praying and keeping up with devotionals..
Hi. I've been having trouble keeping up with my daily devotions and stuff, and now I'm sort of having trouble praying, you know what I mean? Could you give me some Bible verses to help me?
Hi, Thanks for your comment. First off, its normal to go through times of spiritual struggle, so stay encouraged because you're not alone. I've also been through many hard times where it was hard to pray/read my bible. But let me encourage you to keep walking, praying, and reading. Also, I find that in times of spiritual drought, it's good to start asking God to bring you out of the drought (that rhymes). But remain encouraged, He's there for you, He will provide you strength, and He wants to hear from you.
Here is a link to an article that will give you some more biblical insight:

As you requested, below are some verses: Philippians 4:6-7 James 5:16 Ephesians 6:18 Romans 8:26 1 John 1:9 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Matthew 6:5-8 John 14:13-14
Remember, You're saved because of what Jesus did for you on the cross, not because of what you have or haven't done. If you have faith in Jesus death for you, you are adopted as a son/daughter into God's family. That means, that you can talk to God about anything, even "not wanting to talk to God." He cares, but be patient. God isn't like Burger King, your way right away...continue to go to Him in prayer and to read His words of instruction. And remember, if you have faith in Jesus, then you have the Holy Spirit within you..you have God within you. Be encouraged.
